Icons of the Alliance
Icons are characters who are considered Canon. They are the most recognizable characters in the Star Wars universe and include characters from Episodes I-VII, Rogue One, comics, video games, and those in the large array of books. They are Named characters such as Darth Vader, Chewbacca, Boba Fett, Rey, Princess Leia, Luke Skywalker, Admiral Piett, Revan, Mara Jade and many more. These characters are recognizable as a Star Wars character.

- Icons MUST be a named character.
- All Icon characters will be held to 100% movie accurate standards at all times. This means you could act as a double on set with no difference between you and the original.
- Costumes must be proportional to the wearer.
- All Icon characters will be subject to approval by the Alliance Senate to ensure quality and integrity in the kit.
- When submitting an Icon character for approval, the following must be included:
- Character name
- Reference source which is verifiable.
- Slave Leia and Darth Talon kits will be considered on a case by case basis, please contact the Membership Magistrate for additional assistance.
- If at ANY time your Icon kit is not up to canon standards, you may be asked to dress down and be placed on “handler” status.
- Due to the nature of canon video game characters, which allow different armor/weapons choices, all game characters must be accompanied by a screen shot of the play through where the options appeared.
- For those characters appearing in books and comics, they must be considered canon by Lucasfilms Ltd. and/or Disney.
- Icon characters are subject to “The Rule of Two” which may prohibit certain characters from trooping when other clubs (501st Legion, etc.) are attending. These crossover events will be planned in advance.
- Applicants wishing to build a Named-Canon character kit should contact the Membership Magistrate prior to starting their build.
